Craig D. Miott

After years of experience working as a project manager for Syncon Homes, a senior member of the Marcus and Millichap Companies, a lead advisor at Robert Charles Lesser & Co., and project manager at Barry Swenson Builder, Craig co-founded Khyber Investment Partners in 2012. Craig has over 31 years of expertise in real estate acquisition, development, value-added investment, management, finance and advisory work. He made headlines in 2000 when he won awards for the advisory work for the acquisition and commercial programming for Stapleton in Denver, Colorado, one of the most successful urban infill projects in history.

Stephen is the President of First Capital Financial Pacific, Inc. a Mortgage Brokerage. He has over 20 years experience in securing and arranging mortgage financing for the purchase and refinance of residential and commercial real estate properties. He specializes in setting up, funding and managing single purpose limited liability companies that acquire and develop real estate property.
